Join ComPsych as a Licensed EAP Provider and make a difference in workplace mental health. Deliver face-to-face counseling to support employees facing various life challenges. This position invites licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our Employee Assistance Program network.

You’ll provide short-term, solution-focused counseling, helping individuals handle workplace stress and personal issues. It’s a rewarding role where your expertise can directly impact the mental health of employees and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver short-term EAP counseling in-person
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations
• Aid clients with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues
• Keep clinical documentation aligned with regulations
• Work closely with ComPsych’s intake and referral systems
