Licensed Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
• Prepare and review architectural plans, elevations, and other related documents.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, civil engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Assist in securing necessary building permits and complying with local codes.
• Ensure designs align with budget constraints, functionality, aesthetics, and structural requirements.
• Modify and revise plans based on feedback and changes from stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
