Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Submitting licenses to government agencies.
  • Providing suggestions for customers to prepare documents to be submitted to government.
  • Providing and tracking licenses for customers’ agencies.
  • Participating in inventory and helping customers establish warehouse systems.
  • Completing document preparation for permit applications.
  • Screening, classifying, and evaluating documents related to permit applications.
  • Preparing and processing relevant government forms for permit applications for clients.
  • Preparing/operate Issuing original documents to/at government agencies.
  • Checking the correctness of documents related to applying for permits.
  • Preparing and following up on status reports of permits.
