Responsibilities

  • Engaging with potential customers to adopt Software License Review.
  • Delivering scripted conversation to convince the benefits of Software License Review.
  • Identifying software gaps and converting non-compliant customers to compliant thru proper licensing means.
  • Answering customer questions on our Software License Review program and providing information about our software.
  • Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
  • Following up on previous customers for potential re-visit.
  • Maintaining records of conversations with potential customers in Salesforce.
  • Handling ad-hoc visits to potential customers’ sites.
