As the Library and Digital Support Lead, you will bridge the gap between traditional library management and frontline digital support. Reporting directly to the Head of AI & Digital Innovation, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our campus libraries while collaborating closely with the Digital Hub team to create a seamless, unified student support experience.
