Liasioning Executive & Property Manager

Liaisoning Executive / Property Manager to handle ongoing land acquisition, manage and maintain land & properties owned by the company, facilitate and manage interactions with various government and regulatory authorities in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Title Due Diligence : Reading and understanding all revenue documents to carry out a thorough due diligence of the property/ land and carrying out legal searches of various aspect of properties and lands and manage the transaction from start to finish.

2.  Documentation : Reviewing, maintaining and updating documents of all ongoing real estate land transactions of the company.

3. Liaisoning with Authorities: Maintain effective communication and coordination with various departments including Revenue Authorities (Talathi, Tehsildar, Circle Officer, Collector, and Commissioner), CIDCO, NAINA, Urban Development (UD), ...
