Job SummaryAs Head Chef, you will lead all culinary operations of the restaurant, ensuring consistent food quality, operational efficiency, and team excellence. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will drive menu development, cost control, and team leadership while delivering memorable dining experiences in line with Holiday Inn brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and participate in daily kitchen operations
- Manage food preparation, cooking, and staff shift scheduling
- Develop new menus and concepts, including costing and inventory control
- Plan and execute special events and promotions
- Maintain and improve food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
- Plan and manage appropriate staffing levels
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager
- Perform additional duties as assigned
