DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure correctness and completeness of documents attached before processing
  • Process Transfer Title and Tax Declaration to buyer's name.
  • Secure computation/assessment for payment - RD, BIR, Treasurer's Office
  • Transact to different Government Offices such as BIR, Registry of Deeds, City Assessor's Office and City Treasurers Office.
  • Scanning of all documents needed for TCT transfer and others.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Knowledgeable in performing liaison work with Meralco and various government agencies (RD, BIR Assessors, Municipal Offices, Treasurer's Office, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and clients
