Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure correctness and completeness of documents attached before processing
- Process Transfer Title and Tax Declaration to buyer's name.
- Secure computation/assessment for payment - RD, BIR, Treasurer's Office
- Transact to different Government Offices such as BIR, Registry of Deeds, City Assessor's Office and City Treasurers Office.
- Scanning of all documents needed for TCT transfer and others.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Knowledgeable in performing liaison work with Meralco and various government agencies (RD, BIR Assessors, Municipal Offices, Treasurer's Office, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and clients
