Wage: $30.35/hour Schedule: 9AM-5PM, Monday- Friday Location: Rikers Island in Queens, NY
What drives the core purpose of this job: The Rikers Island based Community Re-entry Assistance Network (CRAN) Community Transitional Case Management (CTCM) Liaison focuses on engaging clients in-person prior to release in order to ensure effective service delivery by CRAN staff....
