LGV1 Driver

About the role

As an LGV1 Driver, you will keep our retail operation flowing by ensuring our stock is in the right place at the right time for our customers. Based out of one of our national or regional distribution centres, you will be transporting goods across our supply chain network and to shops in one of our LGV articulated vehicles. You will represent the John Lewis Partnership brand, demonstrating courteous, professional, safe and economical driving standards at all times. Due to its nature, you need to be 18 years or older.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning out your delivery journey, ensuring efficiency to support the smooth running of our supply chain operation.
• Supporting the safe loading and unloading of your trailer.
• Carrying out a full set of safety checks on your lorry.
