What you'll be doing: Designing and optimising material flow, inbound logistics, warehousing, and line side delivery processes. Conducting time & motion studies, ergonomic improvements, and layout design using Auto-CAD. Developing warehouse and production layouts, especially for new model launches. Leading root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) and conducting FMEA risk assessments. Building logistics cost models, analysing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.
