Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join a well-established independent garage in Lutterworth. Specialising in BMW and other premium German vehicle brands, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to work on more complex repairs and diagnostics rather than routine servicing work.

Working as part of a team of six, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out major mechanical repairs, and ensuring vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.

The Role:


As a Level 3 Vehicle Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults across a range of vehicles

  • Carrying out major repairs and diagnostic work

  • Using manufacturer and aftermarket diagnostic equipment

  • Identifying and resolving complex vehicle issues efficiently
