Role Overview
You will join our KS2 team as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, supporting class teachers and working closely with children in Years 3-6. Your role will involve both whole-class support and targeted small-group or one-to-one interventions to help children make excellent progress, using your experience and initiative to enhance learning outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons in KS2.




  • Work individually or with small groups of children to reinforce learning and build confidence.




  • Support positive behaviour and contribute to a positive classroom culture of respect, motivation, and collaboration.




  • Monitor pupil progress, provide feedback, and alert the teacher to any concerns or opportunities.
