Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: M20 - Manchester
Pay Rates: £15.25 - £17.45 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
Contract: Full-time, Long-term (September Start)
Reeson Education are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and inclusive SEN primary school in the M20 area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils with complex learning, emotional, and behavioural needs.
The Level 3 Teaching Assistant will play a key role in supporting pupils aged 3 to 8 years old who have experienced trauma, display challenging behaviours, and require a calm, consistent, and structured learning environment. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider support team to help every child achieve personal and academic success.
