We are seeking to appoint current Year 11 Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship to start in September 2026 lasting approx 18-24 months. During this time the successful candidate will gain the skills and knowledge to support the learning and personal development of the children and to enable them to make the best use of the educational opportunities available at St. Mildred’s. The apprenticeship is in partnership with EKC who will support and work with the school to help the successful applicant gain their Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship. The training plan is as follows:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standard

  • Preparation for End Point Assessment

  • Work based and tutor supported online training

  • English and Maths Functional Skills at level 2 if required.
