The Company

Our client is a highly regarded IT managed service provider based in Geelong whose focus is combining excellent technical solutions and delivering exceptional service to their customers.



The Role

You will primarily provide Level 3 support and assist in the delivery of projects to a range of client's Microsoft environments.

More specific duties are highlighted below:

  • Support and maintain the M365 suite of products (EntraID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
  • Support and maintain cloud platforms, primarily MS Azure
  • Support on-prem infrastructure solutions across the compute, network and storage layers
  • Assist with project tasks.
