Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Job description

Experienced Level 3 practitioners required for busy nursery located in the centre of Warwick with a Good Ofsted report and excellent staff retention.

You will need to be able to work as part of the nursery team to provide a friendly, caring and relaxed environment in order to encourage and develop the children in the setting. To ensure ratios are met at all times and full working knowledge of the revised EYFS framework, Every Child Matters and the Welfare and Safeguarding requirements within the early years.
Promote positive professional working partnerships with parents and other staff members.
Ensure children's needs are met through positive role model and key person duties and to liaise with nursery manager at all times.

You must have;
Level 3 qualification or above
Clear Enhanced DBS
Childcare experience with under 5's
Sound knowledge of EYFS
Excellent communication skills
