• Be a Co‑Creator of Joy: Help design and set up inspiring learning environments – from mud kitchens and sensory bins to cosy reading corners.
• Support Early Milestones: Work alongside expert colleagues to support children as they develop their first skills in phonics, numbers, and social interaction.
• Observe & Assess: Learn the why behind the how, gaining hands‑on experience in tracking child development and planning next steps for our youngest learners.
• Champion Wellbeing: Be a warm, reassuring presence for children and parents during those crucial early years...
