The Company

The Role

You will primarily provide L2 support and assist in the delivery of projects to a range of client's Microsoft environments.

More specific duties are highlighted below:

  • Support and maintain the M365 suite of products (EntraID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
  • Support and maintain cloud platforms, primarily MS Azure
  • Support on-prem infrastructure solutions across the compute, network and storage layers
  • Onsite client visits (car and drivers' licence are needed)
  • Assist with project tasks.
