Job Description

Randstad Education is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a permanent, full-time position in Redhill, supporting pupils aged 11-16 with autism and associated needs. You will help deliver engaging learning experiences while promoting positive behaviour and independence.

The ideal candidate has communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning. You’ll work collaboratively in a supportive team environment and receive comprehensive training and career development.
