Location: Onsite Client Site (150 Users) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a highly capable Level 2 IT Support Engineer who will operate as a dedicated Technical Account Manager for a 150-seat client environment. This role is fully onsite and client-facing, combining hands-on technical support responsibilities with stakeholder management and strategic IT alignment. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical liaison between the client and our internal service delivery teams. They will be responsible for day-to-day IT operations, maintaining service excellence, ensuring strong communication across stakeholders, and presenting IT strategy and recommendations to client management.
