Level 2 IT Support Engineer

📍 Darwin CBD | 12-Month Contract | Onsite (Mon–Fri)

We are seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support in a structured enterprise environment. This is a 12-month contract with strong extension potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for incidents and service requests

  • Manage tickets end-to-end (resolution & documentation)

  • Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365

  • Administer Active Directory and Azure MFA

  • Support mobile devices (Android & Apple)

  • Manage devices via Intune/SCCM

  • Troubleshoot hardware, network connectivity, and print devices

  • Support voice and video conferencing platforms

  • Ensure SLA adherence
