Level 2 IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administering and maintaining Microsoft Entra ID environments, including user and group management, conditional access policies, and multi-factor authentication configurations
• Design and implement identity governance strategies, manage application registrations and enterprise applications, and ensure secure access to corporate resources.
• Lead the administration of Microsoft Intune, managing the complete lifecycle of corporate devices including Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms.
• Responsible for implementing mobile application management (MAM) policies, managing Windows Autopilot deployments, and ensuring all devices meet corporate security standards through proper encryption, patch management, and endpoint protection configurations.
