About the Role
Zenotech Computers is seeking experienced Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for our partner in Cape Town, South Africa. You'll deliver professional desktop and network support while ensuring seamless end-user experience and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide desktop and network support, including imaging and troubleshooting.
Manage audio/video conferencing systems, monitors, and related peripherals.
Handle IMACD tasks (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission).
Support and troubleshoot Mobile Device Management (MDM) and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
Maintain and repair network printers, copiers, scanners, and locally attached devices.
Provide Smart Hands field services for on-site support.
Manage incident/service requests and break-fix tickets via platforms like SNOW or JIRA.
Offer basic remote connectivity troubleshooting for end users.
