Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Level 3 nursery practitioners to join our team and support local nurseries in and around Snodland. This role involves working within a variety of local nurseries to assist with staff shortages on both day-to-day and longer-term basis.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Genuine passion for working with children and enthusiastic about creating a fun, safe, and stimulating environment for children.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written skills are essential.

  • Experience in childcare, previous experience in caring for children is crucial.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
