Level 1 Network Operations Analyst

As a Level 1 Network Operations Analyst, you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for the first line of support in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment. You will have a close relationship with our L2 technicians to provide 24x7, 365 days a year support. This role will require the availability to work rotating shifts part of this support.
