Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lettings Coordinator to support our Guildford & Farnham offices, handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person, while managing general administration and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, you will ensure properties are marketed effectively and that clients and customers receive an exceptional level of service. This is a varied and fast-paced role, involving greeting walk-in clients, coordinating appointments and property listings and assisting with viewings as required.
