As a Senior Lending Transaction Coordinator within PNC's Special Servicing department, you will be responsible for coordinating the closing of resolutions involving specially serviced loans. Resolution types include assumptions, receiver sales, forbearances, modifications, foreclosures, REO sales, discounted payoffs, full payoffs, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, settlement agreements, note sales, and partial releases.
