**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The Big Cedar Lodge Leisure Sales Manager will be a results-driven hospitality sales leader who can coach and develop a team of vacation sales agents to consistently convert inquiries into golf stay-and-play bookings, maximize revenue opportunities, and deliver an exceptional guest experience that reflects the Bass Pro Shops - Hospitality brand.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Provide leadership and operational oversight for Reservations, Vacation Planning, and Group Sales functions.
+ Manage daily departmental operations to ensure efficient workflows, service excellence, and achievement of performance goals.
+ Develop, analyze, and distribute operational and sales reports to support business decisions.
+ Create and maintain staffing schedules that align with service demands, labor standards, and budget objectives.
