- Provide legal advice related to the business operations of the Company and its affiliated units.
- Review and draft contracts, standard contract templates, and other agreements for the Company’s and its affiliates’ transactions.
- Carry out administrative procedures and work with governmental authorities when necessary.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal regulations and the Company’s internal policies.
- Review and assess internal regulations to ensure they are compliant with applicable laws.
- Update and disseminate legal regulations relevant to the Company’s operations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement
• Language: English Business level
• Education: University degree or higher in Law (Economic Law, Commercial Law, International Trade, etc.)
