Job Description:

  • Draft, review, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of corporate legal documents, including commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documentation.
  • Support corporate compliance activities, regulatory reporting, and the fulfillment of applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to business operations.
  • Assist in litigation matters, dispute resolution processes, and legal case management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate legal risks across the organization.
  • Liaise and coordinate with government authorities, notaries, external legal counsel, and other external stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
  • Prepare and manage the submission of SIINAS, LKPM, and other mandatory regulatory reports in a timely and accurate manner.
