This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Secretary located in Sea Point/Three Anchor Bay. The Legal Secretary should have litigation and estates experience, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to legal professionals, preparing legal documents, and handling clerical tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Law, with experience supporting legal professionals
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and handling relevant documentation
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills to manage records, filing systems, and correspondence
  • Excellent Diary Management skills, including scheduling and calendar organization
