Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers and legal teams, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Conduct audio typing of dictations accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for legal documents in accordance with company policies
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for legal staff.
