My client is a long-established Solicitors practice located in East Belfast, they have an excellent reputation as a client focused, proactive and commercially aware Law firm. They provide a comprehensive range of services to private and business clients.
They now seek to recruit a permanentLegal Secretary to provide support to the partners. Working as part of a small team you will carry out a range of office administration associated with conveyancing.
Responsibilities include: -
- Opening files
- Dealing with sales and purchases
- Requesting title deeds and redemption figures
- Dealing with registrations in the Land Registry and Registry of Deeds
- Requesting property certificates, searches and ace maps
- Updating clients on case progress
- Completing SDLT returns.
