Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage mission-critical legal tools, such as contract management, e-billing, and legal hold systems.
  • Drive strategic and operational initiatives through process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Network and key stakeholders to enhance the internal client experience.
  • Serve as Co-System Administrator for legal technology platforms and workflows.
  • Develop templates, intake processes, and system configurations.
  • Create and deliver training on legal systems, policies, and technologies, and mentor junior team members.
  • Lead and support projects to ensure successful process improvement outcomes.
  • Perform data entry, analyze data, and generate actionable insights from legal systems.
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards, and stay up to date with industry trends.
