Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Officer to join our team, at our Sharjah office. The ideal candidate will responsible for contract management, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and project-related legal advisory for renewable energy EPC projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation
- Draft, review, and negotiate:
- EPC Contracts (lump sum / item rate / turnkey)
- Subcontractor & vendor agreements
- Supply and procurement contracts
- Tender & Project Support
- Review RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, LOIs, LOAs, and bid documents.
- Provide legal inputs during tender submission and contract finalization.
- Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- Electricity Act and related regulations
- Renewable Energy policies and guidelines
