Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Officer to join our team, at our Sharjah office. The ideal candidate will responsible for contract management, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and project-related legal advisory for renewable energy EPC projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Contract Drafting & Negotiation
    • Draft, review, and negotiate:
    • EPC Contracts (lump sum / item rate / turnkey)
    • Subcontractor & vendor agreements
    • Supply and procurement contracts
  • Tender & Project Support
    • Review RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, LOIs, LOAs, and bid documents.
    • Provide legal inputs during tender submission and contract finalization.
  • Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with:
    • Electricity Act and related regulations
    • Renewable Energy policies and guidelines
