Legal Officer

Role Description

The Legal Officer will provide legal support for Eazy Network Solution Inc.’s AI and IT projects, ensuring that company activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. This temporary, hybrid role is based in Brussels, with a combination of on‑site presence and work‑from‑home flexibility. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents with clients, partners, and vendors. The Legal Officer will conduct legal research, advise internal stakeholders on business and contract law issues, and support risk management and compliance initiatives. The role will also involve maintaining organized legal records, coordinating with external counsel when needed, and contributing to the development of internal policies and templates.
