Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents e.g., Service Agreements, Sale Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, etc. Give legal counseling and advice on all legal matters. Provide general legal assistance for management and the legal team.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal contracts, letters of agreement, or all legal documentation.
  • Registering business data and certification documents e.g., Company Registration, Shareholders’ list with government sector.
  • Providing legal advice to ensure that the company’s business operation complies with relevant laws and regulations.
