Legal Officer: Implementation Reference: EL -MG-1 We are seeking a Legal Officer: Implementation for a permanent vacancy based in Bellville, Cape Town. Our client’s core business is along the lines of banking, lending established SME’s money for business growth. Duties & Responsibilities Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: LLB Degree. Admission as an attorney (minimum 2 years post admission experience). Conveyancing experience advantageous. Candidates must be resident in Cape Town. Job requirements, but not limited to: Drafting legal documents. Registration and cancellation of securities and conditions on approved business loans, and identifying potential business risks. Liaising with clients and intermediaries like attorneys, auditors/insurance brokers in the process of implementing business loans.
