Legal Manager

The Legal Manager is responsible for leading all legal affairs, regulatory compliance, and governance matters across GSM – Xanh SM’s operations in the Norway. This role serves as a strategic legal partner to regional leadership, ensuring legal soundness, risk mitigation, and sustainable business growth in a highly regulated mobility environment.

Legal Strategy & Advisory

• Provide strategic legal advice and consultation to the Board of Management and senior leadership on all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters related to Netherlands operations
• Anticipate legal risks and proactively propose solutions to support business expansion, market entry, and operational scaling

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

• Interpret, draft, review, and evaluate Netherlands regulations, laws, policies, internal rules, and governance documents applicable to GSM’s business
