We are on behalf of a foreign company in Industrial Real Estate, looking for a Legal Manager. The position will report to Head of Legal & Compliance. Job based in Hanoi.


JOB DESCRIPTIONS:


Compliance


  • Develop and monitor the Company's compliance
  • Ensuring the compliance practice follow with requirements and commitments of relevant agreements, certificates and permits (Investment Agreement, IRC, ERC, and others)
  • Ensure the mitigation of all legal risks
  • Ensuring effective dispute resolution

    • Business Legal Affairs


  • Execute the business legal affair related to Group business activities
  • Lead all aspects of contracting process and drafting of legal documents (drafting, negotiation, review)
  • Research legal issues related to Company's operations and Business Development activities (greenfield, JV, M&A, )
