Job Description
- Must be able to draft clear and effective correspondence and other documents; edit and proofread documents; organize and simplify large amount of information.
Research
- Must be proficient researcher. Must be able to research on relevant laws, regulations, and other legal article.
Monitoring and Record Keeping
- Must be able to monitor, keep record and safe keep corporate documents, contracts and agreements. This shall include properly maintained database of all documents of the Legal Department.
Administrative
- Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to, filing, scanning, and photocopying; other related task assigned from time to time
