Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate Saa S agreements , Master Service Agreements (MSA) , Statements of Work (SOW) , NDAs, and other commercial contracts
Ensure contracts are compliant with applicable laws, company policies, and business requirements
Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions to mitigate them
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, finance, and operations teams
Maintain contract repository and ensure proper documentation and version control
