Legal Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to support our companys legal and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will assist in reviewing regulations, enforcing internal policies, and ensuring that all e-commerce operations align with legal standards and marketplace requirements. Key Responsibilities Review and ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, IT Act, data protection guidelines, and marketplace policies. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating vendor agreements, NDAs, SLAs, and internal legal documents. Monitor product listing compliance, seller onboarding rules, invoicing policies, and marketplace operational requirements. Support consumer protection activities including returns/refund policies, grievance redressal, and dispute resolution. Track regulatory changes and provide timely updates to management.
