Responsibilities:

Contract & Legal Document
Management
- Draft,
review, and negotiate contracts (supplier, distributor, franchise,
tenancy, licensing). - Ensure contracts align
with legal requirements and company
policies. - Maintain records of agreements and
renewals.
2.
Regulatory
Compliance
- Ensure
company operations comply with local and
international food laws (e.g., Food Act 1983, HACCP,
FSSC, GMP). - Handle halal
certification processes (JAKIM), if
applicable. - Liaise with regulatory authorities
(KPDN, MOH, SIRIM, etc.).

Risk Management & Legal
Advisory
- Advise
management on legal implications of business
decisions. - Identify and mitigate legal risks
related to new products or business
