Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and employment-related documents.
• Support compliance with company law, labour laws, intellectual property, and other statutory regulations.
• Assist in maintaining company secretarial records, board resolutions, and meeting minutes.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government bodies, and regulatory authorities as required.
