Legal Entity Controller

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Regulatory Reporting Specialist to support critical month-end close processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge, financial services or banking experience, and familiarity with Reg W 23B requirements. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, recording entity-level adjustments, and analyzing/documenting variance drivers.


• Review monthly results to ensure accuracy of GAAP reporting and provide routine and ad-hoc performance reports to management.
