Legal Counsel – Infrastructure, Energy & Environment

Join our Legal Affairs team to support major infrastructure, energy, and environmental projects across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for the negotiation, drafting, and interpretation of complex contracts across ERI and E&E sectors.
• Deliver timely, practical legal advice to project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal, commercial, and risk‑related matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contract templates and client agreements.
• Support bid processes by reviewing RFPs and contributing to service proposals.
• Assess project risks and present findings to internal risk committees for approval.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with Claims & Litigation teams on disputes and contractual matters.
