Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal counsel to management and business units on the company’s products, operational activities, and potential regulatory challenges.

• Conduct regulatory research and prepare trackers for changes to the regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions.

• Assess and advise on business risks and compliance matters to ensure all company activities adhere to applicable laws and regulations.

• Ensure that products and business practices comply with the regulatory frameworks of the target operational countries and relevant international laws.

• Develop and maintain the company’s compliance infrastructure, including drafting User Agreements and Privacy Statements and establishing robust processes to comply with international law.
